Connect Bookit to outside services such as the Billplz payment gateway, and change or remove them later.
Overview
Use integrations when you want Bookit to work with an outside service, such as taking online payments through Billplz. You'll find them under settings → Business → Integrations. Every available service is listed in one table, each with a button to connect it, change its settings or remove it. Which services you see depends on your business location and plan.
Connect an integration
- Go to settings → Business → Integrations.
- Find the service you want in the connections table.
- Click Connect next to it.
- Fill in any details the service asks for, then click Save.
Take payments through Billplz
Billplz is a payment gateway for Malaysian businesses. Before you start, log in to your Billplz dashboard and copy your API key and collection ID from the account settings.
- Go to settings → Business → Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Billplz.
- Enter your BillPlz API key.
- Enter your BillPlz collection ID.
- If you need them, add a Recipient email and Recipient phone number. These are optional.
- Click Save to switch the connection on.
Change or remove an integration
- To change the settings of a connected service, click Configure next to it.
- To remove a connection, click Disconnect next to it.

FAQs
Why can't I connect Billplz?
Both the BillPlz API key and the BillPlz collection ID are required. You can't complete the connection until both are filled in.
Where do I find my Billplz API key and collection ID?
Log in to your Billplz dashboard. Both are in your account settings there.
Why don't I see Reserve with Google?
Reserve with Google is turned on by Bookit support, not from this table. See Reserve with Google.
Why is a service I expected missing from the list?
The integrations shown depend on your business location and plan, so some services only appear for certain businesses.
What happens to my details if I disconnect?
They're deleted immediately. Keep a copy of your credentials somewhere safe in case you want to reconnect later.
