Overview

Shifts is a paid add-on for planning your team's working hours. You build a weekly schedule, your team clocks in and out from the app, and Bookit keeps a time log you can check against the schedule.

What you can do

• Schedule — add one shift or many at once, and post open shifts for anyone to pick up.
• Shift templates — save the shifts you repeat every week and apply them in one go.
• Clock in and out — your team clocks in from the app at the start and end of each shift.
• Time log — see every clock-in, linked to the shift it belongs to, and correct mistakes.
• Shift report — compare scheduled hours with hours actually worked.

How to turn it on

FAQs

Why can't a team member clock in?

Check that they have a shift at that branch today, and that the branch's clock-in settings allow clocking in from where they are.

Do shifts change which times customers can book?

Not unless you turn on shift-based slots for the branch. Then customers can only book a team member while they are rostered.
