Payments overview
Check today's and this month's sales and collections, and your latest payments, at a glance.
Overview
Use the payments overview to see how today and this month are going: how much you have sold, how much money has actually come in, and your latest payments. It is handy for a quick check between appointments or at closing time. Open it from the main menu under Overview.
Check today's and this month's takings
- From the main menu, tap Overview.
- Read the four figures in the summary panel at the top:
- Net sales today: the total sales amount for the current day.
- Total collection today: the money you actually collected today.
- Net sales this month: the total sales for the current month.
- Total collection this month: the money you actually collected this month.
- Wait a moment if the monthly figures are still loading. This can take longer when you have many transactions.
Only paid transactions count towards these figures. Pending and failed payments are left out.
See your latest payments
- From the main menu, tap Overview.
- Scroll below the summary panel to the recent payments table. It shows up to 15 payments from this month, newest first, with the payment method, amount and time of each.
- To see every payment, tap All. This opens the full payments list, where you can apply filters.

FAQs
What's the difference between net sales and total collection?
Net sales is the total value of completed transactions. Total collection is the money actually received. The two can differ, for example because of payment processing fees or partial payments.
Why can't I see the summary panel?
The summary panel only appears for team members with reporting permissions. Ask the business owner or an admin to give you access.
Why do I only see today's figures?
Some permission levels show only the figures for today. Ask the business owner or an admin if you need the monthly figures as well.
Why is a payment missing from the totals?
Only paid transactions count. If a payment is still pending or has failed, it is not included in net sales or total collection.
Can I see more than 15 recent payments?
Yes. Tap All to open the full payments list, where you can see every transaction and filter it.
Do the numbers update automatically?
Yes. The overview shows current figures each time you open the page.
