Miniprogram
Miniprogram page layout
Choose which sections appear on your miniprogram booking page, put them in order, preview the result and save.
Overview
Use the miniprogram editor when you want your booking page to look like your business rather than the standard layout: your photos, your team, your opening hours or social links, in the order that suits your customers. Go to settings → Miniprogram → Customisation → Customise. The editor shows a preview in the middle, the page's sections on the left and the page selector at the top. Work on a laptop or tablet, because the preview works poorly on a phone.
Rearrange the sections on your booking page
- Go to settings → Miniprogram → Customisation → Customise.
- Use the page selector at the top to choose a page. The editor opens on Home page.
- Drag a section by its handle to a new position. The preview updates as you drag.
- Choose Save.
You can arrange Home page, Book page, the pages where customers choose a service, a date and a team member, Review and Confirmation.
Add a section
- In the editor, choose the page you want to change.
- Choose Add widget.
- Pick the section you want to add.
- Choose Save.
Sections already on the page are not offered twice, apart from photos and text blocks, which you can add as often as you like.
Change what a section shows
- In the editor, select the section on the left or in the preview.
- In Widget settings, change its content, such as the hero text, the gallery photos or which team members appear.
- Choose Save.
Team members are listed per branch, so a branch with nobody assigned shows no team. To add or assign team members, see Team members.
Change colours, text and button styles
- In the editor, choose Appearance to set theme colours, text and button styles, or App settings for anything that applies to every page.
- Choose Save.
Check your page before you save
- Choose Preview to hide the editing controls and see the page as customers will.
- If the preview drifts off screen, choose Recenter.
Start again from the standard layout
- Reset to default restores the standard sections on the page you are viewing and keeps their settings.
- Reset all clears every customisation setting on every page.
FAQs
I moved my sections but the live page looks the same. Why?
Your arrangement reaches customers only once the new miniprogram experience is switched on for your business. Until then, you see your changes in the preview while customers see the standard layout. Contact us and we will check.
Do I need to publish after saving?
No. Save stores your changes. Once the new experience is on for your business, customers see them straight away.
Why can't I edit the Login page or the Member profile page?
They carry a Pro badge and a padlock because they belong to Miniprogram Pro, which lets customers sign in to see their bookings and vouchers. You can preview them, but they stay read-only. To unlock them, buy Miniprogram Pro with Upgrade to Pro — see Miniprogram Pro.
I added a section but customers cannot see it. Why?
Some sections do not show everywhere yet. Photo appears only on the Member profile page, and About store and Appreciation message do not appear anywhere yet. Adding them breaks nothing, but customers will not see them.
Why does my team section show nobody?
Team members are listed per branch. If no team member is assigned to that branch, the section is empty.
My new gallery photos are not showing in the editor. Are they lost?
No. The editor shows the images you last saved. Choose Save, then reload the editor to see them.
Can I arrange my page on my phone?
You can open the editor, but the preview works poorly on a phone. Use a laptop or tablet instead.
