Customer credits
Sell a prepaid credits package to a customer, then let them pay for services and products from their credit balance at checkout.
Overview
Customer credits let a customer pay upfront for a credits package, then spend that balance on services and products on later visits. You might use them to encourage repeat visits and reward loyal customers. You sell credits at checkout from Menu → Packages, and the customer spends them by choosing Profile credit as the payment method. Their remaining balance appears on their Customer profile under Active Credits.
Let a customer pay with their credits
- Add the service or product the customer is paying for to the cart.
- At checkout, choose Profile credit as the Payment method.
- Check the amount. Bookit deducts it from the customer's available credits automatically.
- Complete the transaction.
Sell a credits package
- On the checkout screen, open the Menu tab and go to the Packages section.
- Choose the credits package the customer wants, for example 1000 FREE 250 (ALL SERVICE), and add it to the cart.
- Choose a Payment method, such as cash, bank transfer, card or e-wallet.
- Tap Pay full RM1,000 to complete the checkout.
- Check that the credits appear on the receipt and on the customer's Customer profile under Active Credits.
How it's calculated
The credits package adds to the customer's balance, and each payment with Profile credit takes the amount off that balance. You never need to work it out by hand.
For example, Aisyah buys the 1000 FREE 250 (ALL SERVICE) package:

FAQs
Where do I see how many credits a customer has left?
Open the customer's Customer profile and look under Active Credits. In the example above, Aisyah would see 1,050 after her RM200 service.
Do I need to work out the remaining balance myself?
No. When you choose Profile credit, Bookit deducts the amount from the customer's credits automatically.
Can customers use credits for products as well as services?
Yes. Add the service or product to the cart and choose Profile credit as the payment method.
How can a customer pay for a credits package?
Use any payment method you offer at checkout, such as cash, bank transfer, card or e-wallet, then tap Pay full with the package amount.
How does the customer know their credits were added?
The credits show on the receipt for the package sale, and on their Customer profile under Active Credits.
