Staff picker at booking
Customers book a specific stylist online. Each stylist sees only their own schedule on their phone.
Hair salon software · Malaysia
Hair salon software built for Malaysia.
Online bookings, walk-in queue, POS checkout, staff commission tracking on the Team plan, and WhatsApp reminders for busy hair salons and barbershops. When you have 4 stylists, 80 walk-ins a week, and a commission spreadsheet that nobody trusts — bookit replaces the chaos with one calendar everyone shares.

Sound familiar?
Salons run on volume. The admin doesn't scale.
Your top stylist quit and took the spreadsheet with her
Commission rules live in someone's head — or in an Excel file that breaks every month.
Customers want to pick their stylist
But your booking link doesn't show who's free, so they call. Then call again.
Walk-ins, late arrivals, double bookings
By 4pm on a Saturday, the front desk is firefighting instead of upselling.
Built for the way salons actually run
Commission rules that don't lie
On the Team plan: set rates per stylist, per service, or by tier. Splits calculate automatically — month-end takes minutes, not hours.
Walk-ins beside appointments
Your day view shows booked slots and walk-in windows side by side. No more guesswork at the front desk.
Service charge & tips
Add 10% service charge, accept tips, split fairly across the team. Compliant with local tax rules.
Customer history every stylist sees
Colour formulas, allergy notes, style preferences — visible to whichever stylist is on the chair today.
POS that knows the calendar
Check out the appointment, accept QR or card, log the commission — in one tap.
