Return & Refund Policy

At Launchit Sdn Bhd, we strive to provide a high-quality platform for your business. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our Services.

1. General Policy

1.1 All subscription fees paid to Launchit are non-refundable. Once a Subscription Term begins, fees are not refunded for any unused portion, including:

  • Early cancellation of a subscription
  • Downgrading a Subscription Plan mid-term
  • Non-use or partial use of the Services

1.2 This policy applies to all subscription tiers including Basic, Advance, and Team plans, as well as any Add-ons purchased.

2. Exceptions

2.1 Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Launchit materially breaches this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of written notice from the Customer; or
  • Launchit permanently discontinues the Services without reasonable prior notice.

2.2 Where a refund is warranted under Section 2.1, Launchit will issue a pro-rata refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of the Subscription Term.

3. Trial Subscriptions

3.1 We offer a paid trial subscription to allow you to evaluate the Services before committing to an annual plan. Trial fees are non-refundable once the trial period has commenced.

3.2 No charge is made beyond the trial fee unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid annual plan.

4. Billing Disputes

4.1 If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must notify Launchit in writing within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge by emailing info@launchit.my.

4.2 Launchit will investigate billing disputes in good faith. Where an error is confirmed on our part, a credit or refund will be applied to your account within fourteen (14) business days.

5. Cancellation

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Launchit or through the in-app settings under Account & Subscription.

5.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Term. You retain full access to the Services until that date.

5.3 Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
