Account & Data Deletion

1. Delete from the bookit dashboard

If you can still sign in, this is the fastest way to remove your account:

1. Sign in to the bookit dashboard at www.adminbookit.com.
2. Go to Settings → Business → Delete Account, or open the page directly at www.adminbookit.com/settings/business/delete-account.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your business account, staff logins and customer-facing booking pages will be removed.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to your account, or you are a customer who booked through a merchant on bookit, email us from the address registered to the account:

support@launchit.my

Please include the following so we can verify and locate your data:

• The email address or phone number tied to your account
• The business name (if you are a merchant) or the merchant you booked with (if you are a customer)
• A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

We will action verified requests within 30 days and reply once the deletion is complete.

3. What gets deleted

When a deletion is processed, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your login credentials and profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
• Customer records, contact details and booking history tied to your account
• Staff and team-member profiles you created
• Uploaded files, photos and documents associated with the account

4. What we may keep

We retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to protect our legitimate interests, including:

• Financial and tax records (invoices, payment receipts, e-invoicing submissions) for the retention period required under Malaysian law
• Anonymised, aggregated usage analytics that no longer identify you
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements or prevent fraud
